When service fees paid to Europe Study Point can be refunded, and when they cannot.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the service fees you pay Europe Study Point. It does not cover money paid to anyone else.
Third-party costs are not refundable by us
Several costs in a European application are paid directly to external bodies and are governed by their rules, not ours. We cannot refund them, and in most cases neither can they.
These include the APS certificate, uni-assist and university application fees, Campus France registration, the dMAT, visa and residence-permit fees, blocked-account setup charges, and language or aptitude test fees.
Service fee refunds
To be confirmedDefine the refund windows and the amount refundable at each stage — before work starts, after shortlisting, after applications are filed, after the visa file is submitted.
If your visa is refused
To be confirmedState whether a refusal triggers a refund, a free reapplication, or neither — and note that Germany abolished remonstration on 1 July 2025, so a refused German file has to be reapplied for.

Write to info@europestudypoint.com from the email address on your file, with your student reference and the reason for the request.
